Eva Carnoka
I was born in 1974 in Slovakia, in the middle of Europe. In the years 1993—2000 I graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, specialization in color graphics and printmaking. In 1998, I became the mother of my daughter Tereza during my studies. As an artist and also as a mother, I know how difficult it is to balance work and motherhood… I create in the area of graphic experiment, photography, object, installation, light art, site specific art and happening. I am also interested in art-therapy. I have participated at many arts symposiums, individual and collective exhibitions in Slovakia and abroad (Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Lithuania, Romania, Spain). As an art teacher, I have improved my arts management and language skills through the Erasmus + learning programme in Budapest (Hungary) in 2016 and Palermo (Italy) in 2021.
