I’m Rachel, the illustrator behind Yellow Tiger. I love coffee, music, margaritas, and living in London - with all the surprises that brings! My weeks are filled with school runs, business admin, parenting challenges, part-time shop work, drawing, washing up, walking in nature, seeing friends, answering questions and playing minecraft with my curious seven year old, going to art galleries, listening to CDs, LGBTQ+ meetups, and trying to get enough sleep…. I started in illustration back in 2020, leaving my graphic design career at Paperchase to create a business that would bring more flexibility and the creative freedom I was craving. I’m super passionate about drawing people’s personal experiences - especially marginalised groups like single parents and bisexuals.
