Charlotte Roseberry was born 1989 in Sunderland, North East of England. She graduated  from Edinburgh College of Art with a First Class Honours Degree in painting and is now based in the Scottish Borders  where she lives with her husband and daughter. Following on from her stand out graduation show in 2013, Charlotte was selected for the RSA New Contemporaries Exhibition, the Andrew Grant Bequest Scholarship and her work received the Edinburgh College of  Art Purchase Prize.  Charlottes work has been exhibited throughout the UK

including at the London Art Fair, the Royal Scottish Academy, Arusha Gallery, The Affordable Art Fair Battersea, and most recently, her solo exhibition at The Number Shop in Edinburgh. Her  work  is an ongoing exploration into graphic surrealism, ambient clashes and sporadic outbursts. Mainly featuring bold,  abstract oil paintings and experimental drawings that have a clear trace of the hand done as well as their  tongue in cheek humour.
